Your AFA negotiations committee is pleased to announce we have reached a tentative agreement on our first Flight Attendant contract. Throughout the holiday period, we worked cooperatively with Eastern management to finalize this Tentative Agreement (TA) and we finalized the language today.

There will be a great deal to share in the coming weeks, but a few highlights include:

  • Pay increases from date of ratification (DOR) and additional raises during the term of the Agreement
  • Grievance process and representational rights
  • Clearly outlined scheduling rules and processes
  • Access to all AFA resources, including Safety, Security and Health; EAP; legal including an AFA attorney assigned to your needs; Legislative; access to benefits of Union Plus programs; and many more
