Participation in Members Only Meetings - We want to foster a community where Eastern Flight Attendants can speak openly and bring their concerns to union leadership.

Exclusive benefits of membership are the Union Plus discount program, Scholarships, and Personal Development Programs through our parent union, CWA.

Union Plus - Did you know that as a union member you and your family get unique benefits and saving including free tuition, discounts on AT&T, travel, entertainment, flowers, hardship help grants and scholarships. (Union Plus is a non-profit created by the AFL-CIO to negotiate exclusive programs and prices.)
 
Scholarships - The Association of Flight Attendants and our affiliate union CWA have scholarship funds that provide financial assistance to active members and their dependents of our active members who will be attending a college or university.

Personal Development Programs - LinkedIn Learning is a leading online learning platform that helps anyone learn business, software, technology and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals. Free access to these programs is available to AFA members and their family through our affiliation with CWA at cwanett.org.

AFA Disaster Relief Fund - Flight Attendants helping Flight Attendants. The Disaster Relief Fund provides a means for AFA members to assist other members and retirees who have suffered significant damage and/or relocation as a result of a disaster. Since its beginning in the fall of 2001, the AFA Disaster Relief Fund has provided support in the aftermath of many large-scale disasters including the September 11th terrorist attacks, Hurricane Katrina, and other natural and/or man-made disasters.
