Welcome to the Eastern AFA website! We are happy to have you here. This website serves as a comprehensive resource for Eastern Flight Attendants!

On this website, you will find pages dedicated to multiple aspects of our operation, including membership information, negotiations updates, resources, and more. Eastern is a single council airline with crew across the country.

With no surprise, our primary goal is to get you all a contract. Our negotiations committee has been working hard on achieving this goal and making sure we are getting a meaningful contract that works for Eastern Flight Attendants. AFA Eastern is a single council airline with crew across the country. The Eastern of today came from a bankruptcy and restructuring of Dynamic International Airways. Dynamic obtained a license from Swift Air to use the Eastern name. Dynamic was then rebranded as Eastern Airlines. Today, Eastern Airlines operates as a scheduled carrier.

As AFA International President Sara Nelson said when we first organized: “We are excited for Eastern Flight Attendants to join with us to raise the standards for all Flight Attendants. Eastern Flight Attendants are organizing for a voice on the job. Safety. Humane duty and rest rules. Adequate pay and healthcare.”
